Summer 1 - Curriculum Letter

Year 3 and Year 6 artwork

Look at our amazing artwork that Year 3 and Year 6 have been working on this afternoon! We've had a great day all together.

Children's Mental Heath Week

We looked at times when we have had to 'Find our Brave' during Children's Mental Health Week.

We thought about how we feel when we need to show bravery. We wrote key words inside our letters which are now on display in our classroom so we will always be able to find our brave.

Welcome to Class 3

Thank you for visiting our page.

Year 3 is an important year for your child. It is the first year of KS2 and a time where children become more independent and responsible for their learning.

By following our school mission statement, ‘To be the best we can be – with God’s help’, we work together to ensure we achieve our full potential in all areas of the curriculum.

Over the year we like to provide as many creative learning opportunities as possible, so that the children will retain their learning and make excellent progress.

Thursday 3rd October was National Poetry Day and in Year 3 we created poems in the style of The Gruffalo. Here are some of the poems we created in our groups. Can you guess what creatures we are describing?
