As part of our reading carousel in Year 6, your child will read with an adult three times a week whilst completing a reading activity. This includes one day reading with Miss McTeague, one day with Miss Grundy and one day with Mrs Peach.
On the other two days of the week, your child will complete independent activities relating to the text.
Miss Grundy and Mrs Peach will also read with those children who are not yet free readers on a 1:1 basis through the course of the week.
